Partner Code of Conduct

As a partner of Mavi.io (DBA ONMYWAY), compliance with our Partner Code of Conduct is essential to ensure a safe, lawful, and positive experience for all stakeholders. This Code outlines expectations and responsibilities for all merchants, drivers, and other service providers engaging with our platform. Our standards are in alignment with industry best practices, as well as local, state, and federal regulations, including those specific to food safety, consumer protection, and anti-discrimination laws.

All partners are required to adhere to the following principles:

  1. Legal Compliance
    Partners must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards. This includes maintaining necessary licenses, permits, and registrations required to operate legally in their respective jurisdictions. Partners should regularly review and understand the relevant laws and requirements, as listed in our Compliance Codes Resource.

  2. Health & Safety
    Maintaining a safe environment is a priority. All partners should provide a secure and welcoming area for the pickup and delivery of orders, uphold food safety standards, and ensure that all products meet the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and local health departments. For alcohol deliveries, partners must follow all legal guidelines, including verifying the recipient’s age and sobriety before completing a transaction.

  3. Respectful and Ethical Behavior
    Discrimination, harassment, and unlawful practices are not tolerated. Partners must treat all customers, drivers, and other partners with dignity and respect, regardless of age, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. Partners should not engage in activities that would harm the integrity, reputation, or trustworthiness of the platform.

  4. Product and Service Quality
    All products and services offered must meet agreed-upon quality standards. Partners are encouraged to use tamper-evident packaging, clearly label allergens, and respect any dietary restrictions noted by customers. Merchants must also provide accurate product descriptions and ensure that only approved items are listed for sale on the platform.

  5. Transparency and Honesty
    Partners are expected to be honest in all communications with customers, Mavi.io staff, and third-party service providers. Fraudulent activities, such as misleading information or attempts to circumvent platform policies, may result in termination of access to the Mavi.io services.
