  • Check the status of my order

    You can reach the Persistent Order Status screen from the ‘Order Status’ button in the top navigation bar.

  • Change items in my order

    Please call the restaurant to update the items in your order. Once the order has been placed and approved, OnMyWay service can no longer make changes to it, as it was already sent to the restaurant.

  • I have a price adjustment issue

  • My order is taking longer than expected

    We apologies for the inconvenience, we are committed to offer the best experience for our drivers.

    Sometimes the restaurant has a large amount of incoming orders and it takes longer to have it ready on time.

  • Cancel my order

    Once the order has been placed, it is sent to the restaurant.

    Please use the contact form below to reach out with your order number, and the reason for the cancelation, and we will get to you with as soon as possible.
